Senior Consultant, Comarch

For the last 25 years, Jarosław has gained experience strongly connected to the telecommunications world, after entering the sector directly from his field-specific studies. He was responsible for network and service quality in Orange Network Operation Center as manager of a team responsible for network operations with duties including optimization of ticketing processes. He was involved in planning, preparing and setting up the entire network infrastructure for video transmissions during the EURO 2012 soccer event. He was also an architect of the development and testing lab for NMS, network functions and management tools. He has comprehensive knowledge about the pain-points, challenges, needs, and opportunities of the telecommunications industry, from technical and business perspectives. Currently, his role as Senior Consultant at Comarch is to advise and support customers in choosing the best solutions and building blocks, adapting Comarch solutions to existing environments, and transforming or optimizing processes of telecommunications service providers.
